Shipping Policy

Voyaka uses Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners to ship orders throughout Australia. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order processing

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. Processing times are separate from delivery timeframes and may be longer during promotions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder, then contact us at voyakajewels@gmail.com.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch. Express Shipping refers to the delivery service after dispatch and does not include expedited order processing unless otherwise stated.

We offer international shipping to selected destinations through Australia Post and trusted international courier or postal partners. Availability, rates, and delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Delivery estimates are a guide and may vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Customs processing and clearance
• Local postal or courier services
• Public and national holidays
• Severe weather or transportation disruptions
• Other circumstances outside Voyaka Jewellery's reasonable control

Weekends and public holidays are generally excluded from business-day estimates.

International orders are shipped excluding destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance charges, or other government-imposed fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Voyaka Jewellery. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before ordering.

If a shipment is returned because duties or taxes were not paid, additional shipping or handling costs may apply before a refund or reshipment can be processed.

After dispatch, we will email your tracking number or tracking link. Tracking may take some time to activate after the carrier collects your parcel.

Please ensure your checkout email and delivery details are accurate so that tracking and delivery notifications reach you correctly.

Some countries regulate the import of jewellery, fashion accessories, metals, stones, or related products. Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products can legally enter their destination.

Voyaka Jewellery is not responsible for delays, charges, returned parcels, or confiscation caused by customs requirements, import restrictions, or local regulations outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We will try to update your delivery details before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, the address may not be changeable or redirectable.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe a parcel is missing, contact us and we will assist with the appropriate carrier enquiry where possible.

If tracking says delivered, check safe locations, nearby collection points, and whether another person at the address accepted it before contacting us.
